摘　　要：Hemangiopericytoma （HPC） is a potential malignant tumor originating from Zimmermann＇s pericytes around capillaries and postcapillary venules, which is most common in soft tissues. Being rarely encountered, intracranial HPC accounts for 2%-4% in meningeal tumors or less than 1% in all intracranial tumors.
