摘 要:目的:探讨人类白细胞抗原G(HLA-G)蛋白在早孕绒毛和葡萄胎中的表达及意义。方法:应用免疫组化法检测30例早孕绒毛、20例葡萄胎和11例侵蚀性葡萄胎中HLA-G蛋白的表达情况。结果:①在早孕绒毛,HLA-G蛋白仅表达于绒毛外滋养层细胞,而在其他滋养层细胞则未见表达;②HLA-G蛋白在早孕绒毛、葡萄胎和侵蚀性葡萄胎中表达依次增强,三者比较,差异非常显著(P<0.001)。结论:HLA-G蛋白的表达可能与滋养细胞的侵袭行为有关,在滋养细胞肿瘤的侵袭中有一定作用。Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of the human leucocyte antigen G (HLA-G) protein in the villus of early pregnancy, hydatidiform mole and invasive hydatidiform mole tissue. Methods: The expressions of HLA-G protein were detected using immunohistochemical method (sp) in 30 normal villus of early trimester, 20 hydatidiform mole and 11 invasive hydatidiform mole tissues. Results: In early villus, HLA-G protein only expressed in trophoblastic cells of external villus. The expression of HLA-G protein increased in the order of normal villus, hydatidiform mole and invasive hydatidiform mole, there were significant differences among them (P〈0.001). Conclusion: The expression of HLA-G protein may relate to the invasiveness of trophoblast and malignant changes of trophoblastic cells.
