康赛宁治疗恶性肿瘤的免疫功能研究

摘　　要：皮下注射康赛宁治疗晚期肿瘤病人进行观察。结果给药后病人免疫功能增高,白细胞(尤其是中性白细胞)总数上升,NK细胞活性增强,T淋巴细胞总数增加,T_5及T_4细胞增加,T_8细胞明显减少。同时观察到疗效与病人的基础免疫功能呈正相关性,结果证实康赛宁是安全有效的免疫调节剂。Immunoiogical observation were made in advanced malignant tumor patients with the administration of new drug Kacserm hypodermicaliy. The results showed that Kanserin enhanced immunological function of the tumor patients after the administration o the drug.WBC count increased, especially neutrophil, NK activity augmented, total T lymphocyte count elevated, T3 as well as T count increased to some extent and T8 count decreased significantly. We also observed the relation between the basic immunological function of tumor patients and the therapeutic effects of Kanserin.
