瘤体内注入康赛宁并化疗治疗晚期肺癌

摘　　要：应用康赛宁瘤体内注射并化疗治疗晚期肺癌6例,结果:PR1例,MR3例,S2例。生存期:<6mo2例。6～12mo1例,13～18mo3例。仅有发热、局部疼痛、消化道反应,未见严重并发症。Six patients with advanced lung cancer were treated with both intra-tumoral administration of Kanserin and intravenous chemotherapy in the present paper. The results that one PR . three MR and two S were observed. The survival period of two rases was less than 6 months.one case6-12 months and three cases 13-18 months. No other cotiplrcation was observed except fever,local pain,upset in digestive system.
