摘　　要：目的:推进博士后科研工作跨越式发展,促使博士后工作走可持续发展的道路。方法:5年来,通过对博士后站科研管理工作成功经验的总结,探索整合行业和全社会科研资源、属地管理与垂直管理相结合、滚动式发展的新模式。结果:回顾和分析博士后工作,阐述高层次人才培养新思路和博士后工作的跨越式发展。结论:博士后工作重在发展和创新。Objective ： To advance the great-leap-forward development of post-doctor＇s research work. , impel post-doctor＇s work to take the sustainable development path, Methods： Through the summary of the successful experience of the scientific research management over the past five years, the post-doctor＇s work station has explored the new mode with which combining the trade and the whole society scientific research resource, possessional and vertical management combining together, developing with rolling type. Results ： explain the new thinking of high-level personnel training and the great-leap-forward development of post-doctor work through the retrospecting and analysis of the post-doctor＇s work. Conclusion： The work of post-doctor emphsizes on development and innovation.
