摘　　要：他汀类药物在冠心病整体防治中起重要地位。某些候选基因的多态性可以预测他汀治疗的效果或不良反应,本文综述了药物基因组学研究在他汀类药物使用的进展,为他汀类药物的个体化使用提供参考依据。Statin therapy has been shown to play a fundamental role in the treatment of coronary heart disease. Some studies have identified associations between genetic variants and response or toxicity in statin treatment. This review summarizes current knowledge of the pharmacogenomics of statin therapy in order to help to select the best individually adapted statin treatment for patients.
