摘  要:以对叔丁基苯酚和甲醛为原料在碱(氢氧化钠)溶液中按配比反应并在一定温度下回流(杯[4]在二苯醚中)可得到对叔丁基杯芳烃.将对叔丁基杯芳烃与过量的苯酚作用在无水三氯化铝催化下消去叔丁基再进行磺化(水浴80℃)得到了水溶性的杯芳烃磺酸钠盐.用所合成的水溶性杯芳烃磺酸钠受体对氨基酸酯(L-丙氨酸甲酯)进行识别.P- tert- butylphenol and formaldehyde as raw materials were mixed in proportion in the alkali solution(NaOH), and circulate at certain temperature (calix[4]among the diphenyl ether)to get the p- t- bu - calixarene. And then the p - t- bu - calixarene and excessive phenol react at the anhydrous aluminum chloride (AlCl3) which used as the catalysis, can abate the tert- butyl, and then the sulphonation reaction (heating in water at 80℃ ) synthesize the p - sulfonated sodium of calixarene which can be completely dissolved in water. The amino acid ester (L- alamine formate ) with the dissolvable p - sulfonated sodium of calixarene was discerned, which had been synthesized and used here as the subject compound.
