摘　　要：王栋是泰州学派创始人王心斋的一传弟子,著名的思想家。其哲学思想贯通综合王阳明的“致良知之学”与王心斋“格物之学”,提出“诚意修身说”;其政治思想为亲民思想;百姓日用为道,觉民自任;其政治主张为严于限田、封建、肉刑、里选。Wang Dong,one of the first disciples of Wang Xinzhai, the founder of the Taizhou School, was a famous thinker and educator. Wang Dong＇s philosophical thoughts eatalyze Wang Yanming＇s study for eonscienoe and Wang Xinzai＇s study for nature and sets forth honest cultivation of the nature and the heart; his political thoughts are promasses and to appoint officials out of people of self- consciousncss; however his political thoughts are limited to fame, feud.libra and law. This article seeks to launch a profound analysis into Wang＇s works and ducidate his philosophical, political and educational thought.
