低剂量MPTP致雌鼠黑质听觉P50诱发电位动态变化的实验研究

摘  要:近年来有研究认为帕金森病(Parkinson’s Disease,PD)的高发病率可能与杀虫剂的广泛使用,即环境因素有关,而杀虫剂内含具有致多巴胺神经元损伤死亡的神经毒素1-甲基-4苯基-1,2,3,6-四氢吡啶(MPTP)。大量研究采用MPTP在大鼠、猴等动物上模拟制备PD模型,其症状、生物化学反应和神经病理改变与PD十分相似。Objective: From the functional view, investigate the dynamic change of P50 auditory evoked potential induced by low dose MPTP in substantia nigra of female rats and the relationship between the revolving action of animal model of Parkinson disease induced by low dose MPTP and P50 auditory evoked potential of substantia nigra.Method: 45 health adult female Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups:1.normal control group;2.MPTP Parkinson's disease model group;3. solution control group. Then dynamic investigation the animal model of Parkinson's disease induced by low dose MPTP during after operation day 7-14.Results: The T/C ratio of P50 is significantly low in low-dose MPTP group during after operation day 11-14 as compared to normal control group(P<0.01) and solution control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: Directly injection of low-dose MPTP into unilateral substantia nigra can gradually result in decreaseing P50 auditory evoked potential of substantia nigra in normal female rats ;along with the P50 auditory evoked potential decreaseing and animal model of Parkinson disease induced by low dose MPTP can revolve through injection apomorphine at the same time.
