摘　　要：为了提高对Chiari I型畸形的MRI诊断,笔者收集了20例Chiari I型畸形病例,详细分析了本病的 MRI表现,并讨论了Chiari I型畸形的发生和MRI诊断．In order to improve diagnostic accordance rate with MRI for the Chiari Ⅰ malformation, we collected 20 cases of this disease and analyzed in detail its MRI manifestations then discussed the occurrence and MRI diagnosis for Chiari Ⅰ malformation.
