摘　　要：本文总结出三种字符识别的方法：基于模板匹配的字符识别法、完全基于字符的结构特点和笔画类型的识别法以及利用BP神经网络的字符识别法。Three recognition methods of license plate＇ s characters are concluded. The first one is based on pattern matching. Another one is completely based on character＇ s structure feature. The last one is a method based on BP neural networks.
