摘　　要：期望理论是现代人力资源管理理论中的重要成果,将这一理论借鉴到图书馆管理中具有重要的意义。分析了期望理论在图书馆管理中的应用,提出了其应用要点。The expectancy theory is an important result of the theory of the modern human resource management, using this theory for reference in library＇s management possesses important significance. This paper analyzes on the application of the expectancy theory in library＇ s management, and puts forward some focal points of its application.
