摘 要:目的评价和比较冷牙胶侧方加压充填技术和高温热塑充填技术对后牙弯曲细小根管的封闭能力。方法选取32个新鲜离体后牙弯曲根管作为研究对象,A组16个采用冷牙胶侧方加压技术进行充填,B组16个采用高温热塑充填技术(ObturaⅡ)。横截面积形态测量法来确定根管封闭性能,并同时测量两种方法对根管壁的顺应性。结果ObturaⅡ组在根尖和根中对中(>10°,<25°)重(≥25°)度两种弯曲度根管的充填面积均无显著差异(P>0.05);而冷侧压组在根尖和根中对不同弯曲程度的根管均呈现显著差异(P<0.05)。在根尖和根中,ObturaⅡ组的根管顺应性均显著高于冷侧压组(P<0.05)。结论高温热塑充填技术对后牙弯曲根管具有良好的根管封闭效果。Objective To evaluate and compare the sealingability of root fillings in extracted human teeth using cold lateral condensation of gutta percha or high temperature thermoplastieized gutta-percha in vitro. Methods Thirty-two freshly extracted human mature curved canals of posterior teeth were obturated with cold lateral condensation or high temperature thermoplasticized gutta-percha. The sealing ability of mot canals of groups A and B were accessed morphometrically according to the cross-sectional area at apical part(1.5 mm) and middle part(3.5 mm). At the same time, surface adaptation to the canal wall was accessed by identical morpho metrical method. Results At apical part (1.5 mm) and middle part(3.5 mm), there was no statistically significant difference on obturating light curved canals and heavy curved canals (P 〉 0.05) with Obtura Ⅱ , and there was statistically significant difference on obturating light curved canals and heavy curved canals with cold lateral condensation (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion High temperature thcrmoplastieized gutta-percha has excellent sealing ability on obturating root canal. At apical part(1. 5mm) and middle part(3.5 mm), adaptation of Obtura Ⅱ is higher significantly than cold lateral condensation(P 〈 0.05).
