摘 要:着重介绍原地爆破松动浸出采铀新工艺。东北某铀矿床爆破松动后矿石的渗透系数由0.08 m/d增加至0.4 m/d,增大了4倍。浸出时间58 d,试验区共注入溶浸剂214 m3,总抽液量191 m3,浸出液平均(ρU)407mg/L,浸出铀76.96 kg,浸出率71.7%。试验证明,原地爆破松动浸出是开采泥质矿石的一种技术较先进、经济效益好的新型采铀法。A new process is introduced, which is leaching of uranium after in-place blasting out. A test is carried out with this process at a uranium deposit of Northeast China. The test result shows that the ore permeability is increased from 0.08 m/d to 0.4 m/d after blasting out. The leach time is 58 d. The lixiviant injected into the test block is 214 m^3; the total pumped lixivium is 191 m^3; the average uranium concentration is 407 mg/L; the leached uranium is 76.96 kg; leaching rate is 71.7%. It has been proved that this new process is suited for mining muddy ore. It has better economic benfits.
