摘 要:在探讨国内外有关行业关键成功因素(KSFs)研究和应用现状的基础上,首先依据行业KSFs的性质,提出了行业KSFs识别标准;其次运用Delph i法和系统评价方法,以精细化工行业为特例,建立了行业相关成功因素(RS-Fs)识别方案;然后通过构建RSFs之间关系的邻接矩阵、计算其可达矩阵而建立了该行业RSFs的分级递阶解释结构模型(ISM),探讨了RSFs相互关联性的确定方法;最后依据该行业RSFs的行业重要性评价结论和其ISM确定出了精细化工行业的KSFs,其中包括管理创新和组织变革能力、技术创新能力、市场开拓能力、生产组织能力、项目选择与产业化能力五大因素,并探讨了其KSFs之间的内在关系,为行业内相关企业培植其核心能力提供了相关建议。Firstly, based on the study and application of the industry key success factors ( KSFs), the paper presents the identifying standards of KSFs in terms of the property of KSFs; Secondly, taking the refined chemical industry for example, the paper sets up the identit;cing model of the interrelated success factors using the methods of Delphi and system engineering appraisal; Thirdly, by constructing the adjacency matrix among the interrelated success factors the paper computes the reach ability matrix, then shapes the hierarchy ISM and discusses the confirming method of KSFs ; Lastly, referring to the ISM and the importance degree appraisal results above, the paper confirms the KSFs of the refined chemical industry, including the ability of management innovation and organization transformation, technological innovation ability, market exploitation ability, production organization ability, project selection and industrialization ability, and probes into the intrinsic relation of the five factors, then makes relevent suggestions for the enterprises in this industry to foster their core ability.
