东菱精纯克栓酶治疗脑梗塞的临床研究

摘　　要：东菱精纯克栓酶治疗脑梗塞３５例，基本痊愈２２．８％，显著进步２．８％，进步６５．７％，总有效率９１．５％。该药除对急性脑梗塞有较好疗效外，对缓慢进展型和急性期后脑梗塞亦有一定治疗效果。与其他常用脑血管病治疗剂相比，具有作用快，疗效好的特点。patients with cerebral infarction were treated with batroxobin. Results showed that 22.8%of patients responded excellently,2.8%of patients improved significantly and 65.7%of patients had improvement.The overall improvement rate was 91.5%.Efficacy was good not only in the cases of acute cerebral infarction,but also in chronic progressive cases.Compared with other medicines commonly used for the treatment of cerebrovascular diseases, earlier and better efficacy was observed when batroxobin was used.
