摘　　要：通过对我国城镇医疗体制改革基本走向与困境的分析,认为改革成效不理想的主要原因之一是没有很好地筹划现代医院制度的构建,使整体医改政策缺乏现代医院制度的支撑,进而提出建立现代医院制度的必要性、可行性,并对我国现代医院制度建设的若干理论与实践问题进行了梳理与分析。By analyzing the basic direction and difficulty of medical system reform in our country, it was thought that the failure of reform was due part to non- well- planned modern hospital system, which made all reform policies lack of supports. It was also proposed the necessity and feasibility to construct modern hospital system, then theories and practices of modern hospital system construction was discussed.
