摘　　要：互联网的加速开放,给高校德育带来挑战也增添了发展机遇。在网络环境下开展德育教育就要培养和造就一支高素质的德育教育师资队伍,善于利用网络开展“两课”教学,不断加强校园网络建设,利用网络优势,实现高校德育的社会化。As the internet developing in a high speed, it brings both challenge and opportunity to the moraleducation in colleges. A high quality teacher team is needed in internet surroundings, they should carry out the ＂Two Courses＂ teaching very well so that we can realize the socialization of moral education in collegesthrough the campus network construction.
