摘　　要：文章阐述了合肥工业大学加强大学生思想政治教育队伍建设取得的成绩和存在的问题,分析了阻碍辅导员职业化成长和专业化发展的根源,结合学习贯彻《中共中央、国务院关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见》,从政策保障、学习与交流、科学研究与实践创新等方面,论述了加强辅导员队伍建设的政策和措施。This paper summarizes the achievements of Hefei University of Technology in building up a strong contingent for the education of the undergraduates＇ ideology and the problems encountered in this process. Then, it analyzes the underlying obstacles to the professional growth and the specialization development of the counselors. In addition, it dwells on the policies and measures for the building of the contingent from such aspects as the policies support, study and communication, scientific research and practical innovations, in line with studying and carrying out ＂Instructions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and Further Strengthening and Improving the Education of Undergraduates＇ Ideology by the State Council＂. The paper also explains some Policies and measures to strengthen the contingent accordingly.
