摘　　要：文章分析了企业竞争优势的变化以及由此带来的企业价值链的变化——从波特的内部价值链到价值网。进而提出在新的价值链中的核心企业的业绩评价方法,即从股东角度,尝试从财务、创新、组织、与非核心企业的合作以及与顾客的关系方面进行评价,并给出评价指标。The paper analyzes the changes of the competitive advantages of enterprises and the changes of the their value chain, from an internal Value chain to value nets. Then it puts forward the performance appraisal method of the core enterprises in new value chain. In the perspective of shareholder, the paper tries to evaluate it from the aspect of the finance, innovation, organization, the cooperation with non-core enterprises, and the relationship with the customers, and gives some performance appraisal index.
