摘  要:创新能力对机器制造企业及其相关行业而言是一个突出的成功因素.对这些企业特别重要的是,应从对市场与技术动态发展的系统观察出发,推出多种产品构思及经营构思,并继续跟踪研究.这是系统的构思管理的任务,在此框架内,各个构思被逐渐地具体化,也被逐渐地筛选,直至最终只保留剩余的少数几个很有成功希望的构思,应该把有限的研究与开发资源集中在这些构思的转化上面.该事物一个特别的方面是如何处理初期未被采纳的构思.可以肯定,当频繁受市场或经营环境影响而确定的某些条件一旦发生了变化,这样的构思还会自动再度展现.介绍在产品战略规划工作中的构思管理,并进一步讨论在机器制造企业中实施构思管理的实际经验.Innovation capability is a crucial success factor for companies in mechanical engineering and related industries. It is absolutely vital for these companies to generate a variety of product and business ideas from systematic observations of dynamic market and technology trends and to follow them up efficiently. This is the task of an ideas management system, which allows ideas to be concretised and selected one by one so that, ultimately only a few potentially promising ideas are left. R & D resources focus on their implementation. One special aspect is how to handle ideas that are initially rejected. Companies must ensure that these ideas are automatically resubmitted as soon as external conditions often dictated by market influences and individual business envi- ronments-change. This article introduces readers to ideas management. It also describes the experiences of mechanical engineering companies that have already introduced an ideas management system.
