摘　　要：目的了解长沙地区上网大学生中病理性互联网使用(Pathological internet use,简称PIU)的影响因素,并针对影响因素提出防治对策。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法,从长沙地区高等院校中随机抽取4所高校作为样本,再从这4所院校中随机抽取20个班级,所选班级的上网大学生即为研究对象。结果单因素及多因素分析显示男性、C型性格、来自非正常家庭、学习成绩差、网龄长、主要在网吧上网、以交友为上网目的、平均每周上网时间长、使用游戏、聊天网络服务为PIU的危险因素。学习为PIU的保护因素(OR=0.408)。结论PIU的形成与多种因素有关。预防和控制大学生PIU的发生,需要大学生自身、家庭、学校、社会多方面的参与。Objectives To study the relevant factors and countermeasures on the pathological internet use （PIU） among college students in Changsha. Methods A cross section study was conducted among the college students in Changsha. Results Single logistic regression and logistic regression analysis shows that, the pathological internet users have such characters, male, character C, living in abnormal family, bad academic performance, length of time using internet being longer, internet bar being their online place, using internet for making friends, longer hours per week, the applications used being chat room and internet games. While being online for learning seems protective factor. Conclusion The results implied that a comprehensive intervention should be taken in prevention of PIU.
