广州市医科大学生抑郁状况及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解广州市医科大学生抑郁发生状况,探讨有关影响因素,为开展针对性的心理卫生保健工作提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样法,对广州市4所医学院校学生944名进行一般人口学特征、抑郁状态及影响因素的问卷调查。结果广州市医学院校学生的抑郁检出率为80.6%(693/860)。就业压力大、学业负担重、失恋以及对新生活环境不满意等是产生抑郁情绪的主要影响因素。结论广州市医科大学生抑郁检出率较高,应重视和加强对医科大学生的心理卫生保健工作。Objective To study the depressiou and the influencing factors, and to provide evidence for psychological coundrling and intervention. Methods By cluster stratified sampling method, 944 medical college students were thorn to complete a questiounaire involving population characteristics, depression status anti its influencing factors. Results The incidence of depression was 80.6% （693/860） .The main influencing factors were worries about acadenfics and employment, being disappointed in a love affaire, being dissatisfied with the envirorunent. Conclusion High incidence of depression exists among medical undergraduates in Guangzhou. Some efficient interventions should be taken.
