维生素C-钙配方制品对儿童驱铅作用研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨维生素C-钙配方制品（VC-CMPP）对儿童驱铅的作用及安全性。方法：将符合入选标准的血铅浓度高于0．483 μmol／L（100μg／L）3-6岁儿童作为研究对象，随机分为实验组57人（服VC-CMPP组）和对照组48人（服安慰剂组）。结果：实验组服用VC-CMPP30d后血铅明显低于对照组；尿铅排出量明显高于对照组；无论是实验组还是对照组服用VC-CMPP后血液学检测及尿锌、尿钙检测均无明显差异。结论：VC-CMPP是较理想的安全、高效的营养保健型驱铅制品。Objective：To probe into the effectiveness to drive out the lead with Vitamin C -Calcium prescription from children＇s bodies. Methods：The children of 3 to 6 years old attaining selected standard and whose blood lead density has surpassed 0.48 μmol/L are selected as study targets and split into groups ： Test group made up of 57 persons and comparative group made up of 48 persons at random. Results ：Thirty days later when the test group have taken VC -CMPP, their blood lead density were much lower than the comparative one＇s and output of urine lead obviously more. Whichever group had swallowed VC - CMPP, their blood zinc, blood calcium, urine zinc and urine calcium don＇t vary distinguished. Conclusion：VC -CMPP is a kind of more ideal, safer and more efficient nutritional health - care product driving out lead.
