摘　　要：全论域规则自调整模糊控制是目前最常用的规则自调整模糊控制算法,但是该方法在调整时并没有考虑误差变化的影响。为此提出了一种新的控制算法,在随误差调整的同时,使曲线的斜率也随误差变化率变化,从而提高了系统的动、静态特性。The rule self-adaptive fuzzy control in full region is the most customary algorithm at present, but it doesn＇t consider the effect of the rate of error change （EC） when the coefficient is adjusted. A new algorithm is brought forward, that the slope rate of the curve is adjusted with the change of when is adjusted with Error. So, the dynamic and static trait of system is greatly enhanced.
