摘　　要：济钢中板厂计划检修中存在着停机时间利用不充分、停机检修类型各自独立等问题,为此,引入系统理论,将设备检修内容、停机时机与工艺换辊系统考虑、有机结合,利用公式计算制定出科学的检修周期,并统筹安排检修作业内容,从根本上解决了设备停机频繁、经济性差的问题。There exist problems such as stop time used insufficiency and each type of stop and repair stands alone anciently, then the system theory is introduced into The medium plate plant of Jigang, the equipment maintenance content and stop time are. connected with processing to change roll, scientific and reasanable repairing times are calculated using formula, the repairing works are planned as a whole, so the problems of stop frequently and bad economic are solved radically in the end.
