摘　　要：目的:调查目前精神科护士的职业倦怠状况及特点。方法:采用问卷调查法,对贵州省贵阳市多所医院173名护士职业倦怠的状况进行调查。结果:①精神科护士的情感枯竭程度中等,冷漠程度较高,职业效能感较高。②精神科护士与其他科室的相比,在冷漠维度上二者存在显著的差异。结论:精神科护士的职业倦怠程度较为严重,需要采取进一步措施来改变这种现状。Objective： To investigate the degree of burnout in mental health nurses. Methods： 173 nurses from several hospitals in Guiyang, Guizhou province, were investigated by burnout inventory. Results： （1）The degree of Emotional Exhaustion（EE） in mental health nurses is moderate, that of personalization（DP） is in a high level, with high Personal Accomplishment （PA）; （2）There is significant differences between the mental health nurses and those of other departments in DP. Conclusion： The degree of burnout in mental health nurses is quite serious, we need to take further measures to change the situation.
