摘　　要：农产品安全问题直接关系到消费者的健康和生命。上海市作为一个开放型的国际化大都市,借鉴国内外经验,结合上海经济发展的实际情况,建设一个与国际接轨的输入型农产品安全监管体系已成为当务之急。本文通过分析上海市输入型农产品安全监管的现状、特点及存在的问题,明确了构建上海市输入型农产品安全监管体系的指导思想和建设目标,提出了当前上海市输入型农产品安全监管的对策与建议。This article aims to present the author＇s analysis on the necessity to build the security supervising system arid countermeasores to be taken for controlling the quality and security of the farm produce imported from abroad into Shanghai, As is known, farm produce import involves the heahh and life of every consumer. Being an open international metropolis, it is urgent for Shanghai to establish a security supervising system on the farm produce and to make it up-to-date in conformity with the international standards. The system should be triangular in nature among the government management, corporation between the suppliers and the consumers. When the system is ean＇ied in Shanghai, it is necessary to make detailed the strict regimentation and implementation measures on the imported farm produce. In this connection, the article has analyzed the actuality, characteristics and existing problems, made clear the guiding thinking and objectives. And, in turn, countermeasures and suggestions have been brought forward in this article so as to improve on the security supervising system and guarantee the qualities and security of imported farm produce.
