摘　　要：目的改进氨咖黄敏胶囊薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法采用TLC法对氨咖黄敏胶囊进行鉴别试验。结果TLC法同时检出了氨咖黄敏胶囊中对乙酰氨基酚、咖啡因、马来酸氯苯那敏3种成分。结论改进后的方法简便、灵敏、可行,分离效果好。Aim To change an identifying method for paracetamol, caffein, atificial cow-bezoar and chlorphenamine maleale capsules. Methods The experiment of identification for paracetamol, caffein, atiticial cow-bezoar and chlorphenamine maleale capsules by TLC. Results The chemical constituents from paracetamol, caffein, chlorphenamine maleale in paracetamol, caffein, atiticial cow-bezoar and chlorphenamine maleale capsules could be detected by TLC. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive, reliable, and the result of isolation is better.
