摘 要:目的介绍18F-FDG的制备,探讨其在肿瘤诊断中的作用。方法149例检查对象行18F-FDG代谢显像,其中正常成人20例,已治疗肿瘤患者129例,观察18F-FDG在正常成人及已治疗肿瘤患者体内摄取情况。结果18F-FDG在肿瘤组织呈高摄取,但在肺部良性病变如肺结核、单发结节摄取多存在假阳性及肝肾组织肿瘤摄取少易出现假阴性,对于膀胱及其周围组织由于放射性本底较高代谢显像不明显。结论18F-FDG代谢显像灵敏度高但特异性差,存在假阳性及假阴性现象,给部分肿瘤诊断造成困难,这个问题的解决有赖于新的特异性正电子显像剂的开发。Objective To introduce the production of 18^F-FDG and discuss about the effect of 18^F FDG in tumor diagnosis. Methods There were 149 people scanned after being injected with 18^F-FDG, inclnding 20 of which are healthy people, and 129 patients with cancer treated. The absorption situations of 18^ F-FDG in the body of healthy people and treated people with cancer were observed. Results 18^F-FDG was absorbed much in tumor tissues. But there existing false-positive messages in lung benign lesion for example lung tuberculosis and lung single tuberculum; there existing false-negative messages in liver and kid- ney because of little absorption. For bladder and the tissues around it metabolism imaging was not so obvious because there was so much radioactive background count. Conclusion 18^F-FDG metabolism imaging has high sensitivity but bad specificity. There exist false-positive and false--negative messages and that makes it difficult for tumor diagnosis. The solution of the problem is dependent on the development of new specific positron medicine.
