摘 要:研究了从西瓜果肉中用正己烷浸提番茄红素的方法。在0.5g果肉中加入10mL正己烷,10mL 95%乙醇.5mL丙酮等浸取20min,在503mn波长处测定吸光光度值。利用上述检测方法分析不同类型的8个西瓜品种的番茄红素含量,结果表明,不同基因型间番茄红素含量差异显著,红瓤西瓜品种番茄红素含量在46.5~774μg·g^-1 FW之间,而黄瓤品种番茄红素含量很低,小于0.5μg·g^-1 FW。A rapid and inexpensive spectrophotometric ashy for lycopene contents in watermelon was worked out. The pulp homogenate of 0.5 g was extracted for 20 rain in 10 mL hexane, 10 mL ethanol and 5 mL acetone, and then detected at the wavelength of 503 nm by UV/VIS spectrophotometer. Based on this method, comparative analysis for the lycopene contents in 8 watermelon cuhivars was carried out. The results showed that the contents in different watermelon cultivars were significantly different. The contents in the cultivars with red flesh ranged from 46.5 to 77.4μg·g^-1 FW, and those with orange or yellow flesh were less than 0.5 μg·g^-1 FW.
