摘 要:测定25℃下732阳离子交换树脂吸附L-组氨酸的动力学曲线和吸附等温线,考察了pH值、硫酸铵浓度、L-赖氨酸和L-精氨酸对吸附的影响。结果表明,Freund lich方程可以较好地描述732阳离子交换树脂对L-组氨酸的吸附,由Freund lich方程求得其平衡吸附量为142.32 g/L;吸附率随pH值的增大而减小,适宜在小于5.4时吸附;NH4+的存在使L-组氨酸的吸附率明显下降,当NH4+浓度达到1.0 mol/L时吸附率仅为42.32%;L-赖氨酸或L-精氨酸的存在使吸附率略微减小。Adsorption kinetic curve and isotherm of L-histidine on 732 cation exchange resin were measured at 25 ℃ , and effects of pH value, temperature, (NH4)2SO4 concentration, L-lysine and L-arginine concentration on adsorption were investigated. Results show that the Freundlich model can describe the adsorption well; according to the Freundlich Equation the saturation adsorbance is 142.32 g/L; adsorption ratio decreases with the increasing of pH value, so the suitable pH value should be lower than 5.4; the existence of NH^4+ makes adsorption ratio decrease obviously, and it decreases to 42.32% when NH^4+ concentration reaches 1.0 tool/L; the existence of L-lysine or L-arginine makes adsorption ratio decrease slightly.
