摘  要:目的观察微波辐射防护服对雷达作业人员精液质量的影响,为防护服的实际应用提供科学依据。方法采用CPMM-9型射频辐射防护面料制成防护服,雷达作业人员连续穿用4个月。采用精液分析系统和流式细胞术检测穿用防护服前后精液各项参数。结果雷达作业人员穿用防护服之前,精子密度(56.2×106.mL-1)和A+B级精子率(30.4%)明显低于非雷达作业人员(90.8×106.mL-1和50.2%,P<0.05,P<0.01),精子染色质结构分析值(16.36)明显高于非雷达作业人员(11.10,P<0.05)。穿用防护服后,精子密度(68.4×106.mL-1)和A+B级精子率(48.8%)明显升高(P<0.05),精子染色质结构分析值(12.08)明显降低(P<0.05),其他参数也得到明显改善。结论微波防护服可以对睾丸起到良好的保护作用。Objective To observe the effect of protective clothing against microwave radiation on semen in radar soldiers. Methods Sixty - four radar soldiers as exposed group wore protective clothing made of CPMM - quality 9 shelter material for 4 months, another 60 unexposed personnels as control group did not wear potective clothing. Semen analysis system and flow cytometry were adopted to examine the motility of A + B grade after wearing protective clothing(68. paramaters of semen. Results The sperm density, and sperm 4 × 10^6· mL^-1 ,48.8% respectively) were significantly greater ( P 〈 0. 01 ) than those before wearing(56.2 × 10^6· mL^-1, 30.4 % ), but still lower( P 〈 0.05) than those of control(90. 8 × 10^6· mL^-1 , 50.2% ). The sperm chromatin structure (COMP α t) in exposed goup after wearing (16.36) was higher (P 〈 0. 05)than that in control (12.08). The other paramerers after wearing protcctive clothing also showed better resuits. Conclusion The protective clothing against microwave radiation has good effect on testes
