摘　　要：农药的大量使用提高了农业生产水平,但是过多使用会造成农药污染。分析了农药残留的现状和检测技术,并提出了控制农药残留的对策。It improved the level of agriculture production by using a large amount of pesticide, but it will cause the pollution by pesticides due to using too much. The text analysed the current situation of the residues and the detection technique, and has put forward the countermeasure of controlling the residues of pesticides.
