摘  要:[目的]探讨健康饮食护理对食管癌早中期放疗病人生存质量的影响。[方法]将78例放疗病人随机分为两组,观察组给予健康饮食护理,对照组给予传统饮食护理。观察两组养营监测指标、生存质量的变化。[结果]两组病人治疗后前白蛋白、体重比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),生存质量评分两组比较有统计学意义。[结论]个体化的健康饮食护理能明显改善病人的营养状况,提高病人对放疗的耐受力,提高病人的生存质量。Objective: To probe into the influence of healthy diet nursing care on living quality of esophageal carcinoma patients at early or intermediate stage undergoing radiotherapy. Method: A total of 78 esophageal carcinoma patients undergoing radiotherapy were divided bath test and control groups randomly. Patients of test group were offered healthy diet care, while patients of control group were given traditional diet care. Then changes of both nutritional monitoring indexes and living quality of all patients of the two groups were observed. Result: There were statistical significant differences in terms of pre - albumin level and body weight between before and after treatment of the two group patients(P〈0.05). And in terms of living quality scoring, there was statistical significant difference between the two groups of patients. Conclusion: Individualized healthy diet nursing care could improve the nutritional state of esophageal carcinoma patients, enhance their tolerance towards the radiotherapy, and promote their quality of living.
