摘  要:目的研究测定鸡蛋中罗硝唑、甲硝哒唑、迪美唑方法。方法采用高效液相色谱-质谱联用技术。结果试样在用乙腈进行简单萃取和有机溶剂蒸发后,过滤萃取物,并将所得产物直接注入C18柱的LC-MS-MS系统。其中,母系离子[M+H]+由正极气体电离源分裂氩气产生。监测极限、回收率、线性相关性、重现性等有效参数都得以测定。结论方法具有相对快速、灵敏和良好选择性的特点。由于使用了多重控制转移的方法,对试样进行的前处理简单及具有高度的专一性。Aim To deterimine ronidazole, metronidazole and dimetridazole in egg simultaneously. Methods A high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry technology was developed. Results The method was relatively rapid, sensitive and well selective. After the sample was simply extracted against acetonitrile and organic solvent vaporized, the extractive was filtrated and the produce derived was direct injected C18 column LC-MS-MS system. Parent [ M + H ]^ + ion was produced by splitting argon with anode gas ionization source. The effective parameter such as detection limit, recovery, linearity relativity and recurrence can be all determined. Conclusion What this method excels other methods was simple per-disposal to sample and great specificity owing to applying the mulriple control transfer.
