摘　　要：“三农”问题的核心是农民问题,农民素质的提高,教育脱贫至关重要。近年来,西部地区农民教育促进着农民素质的提高,但与国内外农村先进经验比较,还存在诸多问题。解决这些问题,需着力解决好资金投入、思想观念的深入转变、“三教统筹”,进一步完善西部地区的教育体系,以提高农民的整体素质。The key point of Three Rural Problems is peasants＇ problem. It＇s of great importance to raise peasants＇ quality and get rid of poverty through education. In recent years peasants＇ education in Western areas has improved peasants＇ quality, but in contrast with the advanced experiences in rural areas home and abroad, problems are still thare. To solve those problems, we should launch great efforts to solve the problems of fund investment, thinking concept and the combination of agriculture, technology and education, Meanwhile, we need further the improvement of educational system in western areas so that the whole quality of peasants will be promoted.
