摘  要:用头低倾斜位(-10°)模拟失重时的心血管效应,观察和比较了16名健康青年被试者分别在平卧和头低位两种体位下,平行秋千摆动诱发运动病易感性的差别及头低位1h期间的反应症状;在实验前、中、后测试了心输出量、心率和血压。结果表明,头低位下的秋千运动病易感性比平卧位明显增高(P<0.01)。值得注意的是,在头低位1h期间,有56%的被试者出现头部不适反应症状,秋千运动病易感性的增高比没有头部不适症状的被试者更为显著。可以认为,在头低位倾斜时的运动病试验可以暴露那些对体液头向转移适应性差,从而影响运动病易感性的人.Understanding the influence of body fluid shift is vecy helpful in predicting sus-ceptibility to space motion sikness.Cardiovascular effects of weightlessness simulated by head-down tilt(-10°) were observed in 16 healthy men aged 19~23 years,Difference of sus-ceptibility to motion sickness evoked by parallel swing were compared when the subjects were in head-down tilt(-10°)and in horizontal positions,Cardiac output,heart rate and blood pressure were measured before,during and after the tests The results showed that tha sus-ceptibility to motion sickness evoked by the swing was sigiuficantly higher in head-down tilt than that in horizontal position (P<0.01).56% of the subjects had discomfort symptoms in the head during head-down tilt position before swing.The susceptibility to swing motion sickness in these subjects was far greater than that in the subjects without head symptoms The method of head-down tilt during motion sickness test may help to discover the subjects who are poorly adapted to the effects of body fluuid shift which might be an important prdis-posing factor influencing the susceptibility to motion sickness.
