摘 要:目的探讨甲状腺功能亢进症(甲亢)患者^(131)I治疗后染色体畸变率与血清过氧化脂质(LPO)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的关系。方法74例甲亢患者在^(131)I治疗前后和30例健康对照者分别检测染色体畸变率和血清LPO、SOD。结果甲亢患者^(131)I治疗后染色体畸变率和LPO显著增高,SOD明显降低。染色体畸变与LPO呈显著正相关,与SOD呈显著负相关。结论甲亢患者^(131)I治疗后可引起染色体畸变率增高和自由基含量增加。Objective To investigate the relationship between chromosome aberration rate and serum lipoperoxide (LFO), superoxide dismutase (SOD) after 131^Ⅰ therapy for Graves' hyperthyroidism. Methods Chromosome aberration rate and levels of serum LPO and SOD were determined in 74 patients with hyperthyroidism before and after 131^Ⅰ therapy. Thirty healthy people served as controls Results In the patients with hyperthyroidism, chromosome aberration rate and LPO levels were significantly increased, whereas SOD was significantly decreased alter therapy. Chromosome aberration rate was positively correlated with LFO and negatively with SOD. Conclusion 131^Ⅰ therapy signifieantly increased the chromosome aberration and free radicae level in the patients with hyperthyroid.
