摘  要:用接触角测量仪、扫描电子显微镜以及图像分析系统研究了来航鸡与麻鸭不同部位羽毛的结构参数与表面脂质对其润湿性能的影响。由于麻鸭羽干的固有接触角以及所选部位羽毛的实际接触角均比来航鸡对应部位数值大,所以麻鸭羽毛的憎水性优于来航鸡;麻鸭腹部羽毛的剖面呈现倾斜的凸起结构且其羽毛末端上有倒钩,使其具备了良好的流线型结构,降低了水流的阻力。脱脂前后的实际接触角数据表明,羽毛表面脂质对其润湿性能没有显著影响。Two kinds of typical poultry--leghorn and duck were selected to study the relationship between feather structure,surface lipids and wettability by means of scanning electron microscopy, computer photograph analysis system and contact angle measurement. The test results showed that the repellency of duck is better than that of Leghorn as the intrinsic contact angle on rachis and apparent contact angle on certain parts of duck are larger than those of leghorn. Moreover, duck feather structure possess good streamline to reduce the resistance when duck swims because of the slant flange on the cross section and barb at the end of feather. These result in the different capability when they are in water. The feather surface lipoid has not notable influence on their wettability.
