摘　　要：中国古代社会是一个重视礼教的社会。在司法伦理道德方面有许多有价值的东西,主要表现在:“明德慎罚”、“德主刑辅”、恤民、爱民和正己律己等方面。Ancient China is a society of paying great attention to the confucian ethical code. Ther＇re a lot of valuable thoughts in the judicial moral principle in ancient China. They are ＂bright virtue and careful punishment＂, ＂rule of morality with its priority to penalty＂ ,＂ compensating the people＂ ,＂ love for the people＂ ,＂ self-discipline＂ and ＂self-restrict＂ and so on.
