摘　　要：企业建模是现代企业管理的一个研究热点,研究界已出现了许多建模方法,但是随着业务流程再造的提出,企业管理的模式从基于功能越来越转向基于流程,所以对企业进行基于流程的建模是当前企业建模的一个研究内容。由于基于流程的建模框架研究还不多,因此在对目前建模方法研究的基础上,将给出一个基于流程的建模框架。Modeling is a hot topic for modern enterprise management. There have been already many approaches to modeling enterprises. But enterprise management pays more attention to processes than to functions with Business Process Reengineering proposed. So process-based modeling is being a study in enterprise modeling. Because few frameworks of process-based modeling are given, a framework based on studying on present modeling approaches will be made.
