略论导致犯罪现场及其痕迹物证形态变化的因素

摘　　要：犯罪现场在形成的过程中直至形成以后,由于人为或自然等方面的因素,使现场及其犯罪痕迹物证的状态发生了变化。这种变化给犯罪现场勘查工作进而对犯罪痕迹物证的认识和案情的分析带来种种困难,甚至产生偏差。在已经发生形态变化的犯罪现场上提取的痕迹物证或是提取的已经发生形态变化的痕迹物证,在诉讼时,其证据的可信性也会受到质疑。正确认识导致犯罪现场形态变化的各种因素,无疑对犯罪现场勘查和案件的侦破乃至诉讼有着重要的意义。The factors of people and nature etc. , scene of a crime during the process of forming and after taking shape, make the states of the scene and criminal mark material evidence change. This kind of change brings all sorts of difficulties to the crime scene investigation, cognition of crime mark material evidence and details of the case analysis, even produces the deviation. The mark material evidence drawn on the scene of a crime of form change, or the mark material evidence that already form change, the credibility of it evidence will be queried in the lawsuit. Know every factor causing the form of scene of a crime to change correctly, undoubtedly there are important meanings with the crime scene investigation, the detection and even lawsuit of the case.
