摘　　要：介绍了在网络环境下,基于w indows平台流式多媒体课件开发过程中流文件的制作、流文件的控制和网页结构制作的具体方法,并对发行与知识产权及开发提出了建议。结合实例,给出了相应的代码,制作的多媒体课件使用方便且宜于网络传输。This paper introduces the specific methods of streaming files manufacturing, controlling and homepage structure making on the basis of Windows platform during the course of developing stream multimedia courseware under the network conditions. Furthermore, proposals are put forward about issuing, intellectual property and its development. Combining with the example, this paper gives the corresponding codes. And the created multimedia courseware is easy to operate and suitable for the network transmission.
