中小企业摆脱资金短缺困境的建议

摘　　要：改革开放以来,我国的中小企业在技术进步、促进国际贸易、稳定经济增长、扩大就业等方面起着不可替代的积极作用,已迅速发展成为国民经济中的一支重要力量。然而随着市场竞争的逐步加剧,中小企业的成长仍然困难重重,其中资金短缺是长期以来限制中小企业发展的“瓶颈”。文章通过借鉴国外的先进经验提出摆脱中小企业资金短缺的建议,希望能对我国中小企业资金问题的解决提供有价值的参考。Since the contribution to the national economy of the small and medium-sized enterprises of our country has been rising unceasingly. Specially in the technology advancement, the promotion of international trade, the stable growth of economy, the expansion of employment and so on, they play a positive role which cannot be substituted.The small and medium-sized enterprises have rapidly developed as an important strength in the national economy.As the market competition intensifies gradually, their growth is difficult as before.Fund shortage for a long time is restricting the development of the small and medium-sized enterprises as the ＂bottleneck＂ since long ago. Referring to the advanced experience overseas, this paper proposes some corresponding suggestions, hoping to provide valuable reference for the small and medium-sized enterprises in our country.
