摘　　要：约翰.洛克是17世纪英国资产阶级革命思想家,古典自然法学派的杰出代表之一,其思想影响巨大,超出了时代和国界。文章拟从历史的角度,解读洛克法学思想的来龙去脉,以对当前法理学研究有所裨益。John Locke, an English bourgeois revolution thinker, was one of the outstanding representatives of classical natural law. His ideology has been greatly influencing on law field beyond times and boundaries. From a historical perspective,this essay is trying to analyze Locke＇s ideology in order to benefit the study of jurisprudence at present.
