摘　　要：目的探讨原发性精囊癌的临床特点。方法总结收治的原发性精囊癌1例,结合文献复习。结果行膀胱、精囊、前列腺切除直肠代膀胱术,已随访2年无复发。结论原发性精囊癌临床罕见,术前诊断较为困难,最好的治疗方法是早期手术,术中做冰冻切片检查,一经证实,则应行根治性切除术。术后定期随访,注意复发。Objective To study the clinical features of Primary carcinoma of seminal vesicle. Methods One case of primary carcinoma of seminal vesicle was treated and the literatures were reviewed. Results This case was treated by radical excision of urinary bladder, seminal vesicle and prostate with rectal neobladder. No recurrence was happened at 2 years follw up. Conclusion The preoperative diagnosis of primary carcinoma of seminal vesicle is difficult. The optimal treatment is radical excision.
