新疆乌鲁木齐市兵团地区人群幽门螺杆菌感染现况分析

摘　　要：目的了解新疆乌鲁木齐市兵团地区人群幽门螺杆菌（H，pylori）的感染状况。方法受检者来自新疆乌鲁木齐市兵团地区有上消化道症状而来我院门诊就诊或住院的患者以及健康自愿者共1816例，男945例，女871例。年龄3—93岁，平均49．7岁。采用^14C-尿素呼气试验（^14C—BUT）检测法。除健康自愿者以外，其余人群均接受胃镜及／或病理检查。结果十二指肠球部溃疡、慢性浅表性胃炎、慢性萎缩性胃炎患者H．pylori感染率较高，与正常人群间差别有非常显著性意义（P〈0．01）；其他人群与正常人群间差别有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。其余胃相关疾病与正常人群间差别无显著性意义（P〉0．05）。正常人群、胆汁反流性胃炎、食管炎患者H．pylori阳性率较低。各年龄段不同性别人群H．pylori感染率间差别均无显著性意义（P〉0.05）。结论在乌鲁木齐市兵团地区，不同年龄、性别人群幽门螺杆菌感染率无差别；胃、十二指肠疾患者H．pylori感染率较正常人群为高。建议有上消化道症状者应行H．pylori检测，H．pylori阳性者建议胃镜检查，有H．pylori根除指征者应行根除治疗。Objective To investigate the situation of Helicobacter Pylori （ H. pylori） infection in Urmqi Bingtuan areas, Methods 1 816 peoples （male 945, female 871） were aceepted the ^14C - BUT to determin the H. pylori. Except volunteer, all patients accepted gastroscopy and/or pathological examination, Results The rate of H, pylori infection was increased in duodenal bulbar ulcer, chronic superficial gastritis, chronic atrophic gastritis, Compared with normal controls, there were significant difference （ P 〈0. 05）. Among normal groups, bile regurgitational gastritis patients and esophagitis patients the positive rate was lower. Rate of H. pylori infection has not significant difference among different sexuality and different ages （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion In Urumqi area, H. pylori infection is common, regardless of age and sexuality ; The rate of H. pylori infection is higher than nomal people in gastroduodenal ulcer patients. Therefore we suggest that the patients with symptoms of upper digestive tract would accept H. pylori examination, all positive H. pylori patients should accept radical treatment.
