美日教师资格证书制度的新趋势

摘　　要：教师资格证书制度既是教师职业发展的监督与保障系统,又是对教师就职条件进行严格审查以确保教育教学质量的重要手段。同时,教师资格证书制度也是一个国家教师教育发展的指示器,一定程度上规范着教师教育发展的水平与方向。美国与日本教师资格证书制度发展的国家化与灵活化趋势备受关注,非常值得我国借鉴。Teachers＇qualification is a kind of national professional qualification. The system of teachers＇qualification is both the supervision and support system of development of the profession of teachers and the important means which arc strictly taken to check up the conditions of teachers＇teaching and insure teaching quality. Meanwhile, the system of teachers＇ qualification is also the indicator of uhe educational development of national teachers. To some extent it standardizes the level and direction of the development of teachers＇ education. The new trends of nationalization and agility of developing process of teachers＇ qualification system in the USA and Japan are paid much attention and our country should learn from them.
