摘　　要：中国农业发展银行运行绩效的好坏直接关系到整个农村金融安全体系的构建,事关“三农问题”的最终解决。通过深入分析农业发展银行改革的目标和原则,可发现农业发展银行存在的问题,提出了其运行绩效的一些具体建议。The Agricultural Development Bank of China closely relates with the whole financial system and the solution of China＇ s problems of agriculture. The paper analyzes the goal and principle of the reform of Agricultural Development Bank of China, and also puts forward some specific suggestion.
